| Our Aims Our main aim at First Class Nursery is to make sure that the children we care for are happy, and that they feel loved, valued and respected. To provide a safe, secure, stimulating and happy environment for everyone in the nursery; To provide a broad range of learning experiences based on the needs of each child; To encourage the children to explore, appreciate and respect their environment; To encourage positive attitudes to themselves and others; To extend the children's abilities to communicate ideas and feelings in a variety of ways; Through play and with sensitive staff support, encourage the children to be active, enthusiastic learners, who grow in confidence and independence; To establish and maintain close involvement with parents and careers of children in the nursery; and To continue to develop the nursery team's professional skills. |
