Preschool Funding

We are registered with HM Inspectorate of Schools to provide pre-school education delivering the Scottish Executive 3-5 Curriculum. First Class Nursery is a registered childcare provider.

Childcare Vouchers

We are happy to accept employers childcare vouchers. We can easily register with voucher providers if your employer uses one we are not currently with.

Tax and Credit Grants

Some parents using the Nursery are entitled to Job seekers allowance, assistance from the college they attend or family tax credits. If you require assistance completing a form or need information to enable you to do so, please feel free to ask us.

Additional hours (agreed in writing) are charged at £4.00 per hour. Extra sessions may be available on request if room numbers allow.

Our Sessions

Half day morning sessions:	07:30 - 12:30 hrs
Half day afternoon sessions:	13:00 - 18:00 hrs
Full day places:	07:30 - 18:00 hrs

Snacks and drinks are included for all children.
Nappies, wipes and cream are provided for babies and tweenies.
Heinz baby food products are used for all infants.
The Nursery closes for 6 days per year. These are 4 days at Christmas and 2 days at New Year.
For families who have more than one child attending the Nursery, a discount of 10% will be applied to the fees of the oldest child.
The management reserves the right to change the fees at any time. At least one month's notice will be given.
You will be charged the lower over 2's rate in the first full month after your child's second birthday.
