Baby Room

Our Baby Room provides a warm, caring and stimulating environment. We provide all of your baby's requirements such as nappies and baby food. Each child is cared for, cuddled and played with so that they have a happy and enjoyable time at nursery. We also ask that you hand in a personal routine which we can follow, including things such as the baby's likes, dislikes, feeds and sleeps. The ratio of staff to children in the Baby Room is one to three.

Tweenies

The Tweenies Room provides a variety of opportunities for toddlers to explore, investigate and learn in a safe and stimulating atmosphere. We promote independent learning, social skills and personal skills which are all important for toddlers. We develop and involve children in activities both inside and out and try to pace the day to be responsive to the needs of each child and time for rest is scheduled into our day. The ratio of staff to children in the Tweenies Room is one to five.

Pre-School

Like all of our rooms, this room is full of learning opportunities, planned activities and first hand experiences. We enjoy exploring our environment, both indoors and out, and use observations and continual assessment in order to plan specific learning opportunities for each child. The information we collect is used to produce your child's reports and transition records when it's time for school. The ratio of staff to children in the pre-school room is one to eight.
